Want to start your fitness journey but you’re not really sure where to begin? Then our Intro to Fitness course is perfect for you! You’ll be taken through 3 workouts per week designed to be easy to follow while providing results. The workouts are designed to be effective while remaining easy to fit into a busy schedule, so as to not let time keep you from your fitness and wellness goals! The workouts designed for this package are made to be simple, easy to follow, and easy to complete off of limited or no access to fitness equipment. The workouts provided are non-intimidating, which still providing enough challenge see results and get you started on your fitness journey!

As you go through this package, you will receive informative messages about fitness, nutrition, and habit building to show you some extra tricks for making your changes stick for the long term. In addition, you’ll receive motivational messages to keep you encouraged along the way!
